I had some plastic jelly fishes which was attached by suction cups to the tank floor. But somehow it was unattached and my silver aro eat it. Can someone please help me what to?

My goodness! I hope it coughs up the thing before it interferes with it's digestive tract.

How about not doing that for a few days....wait and see if the aro vomits the thing out.
Don't feed it, chances are it'll throw it up, also get the jelly fish out of his tank.
I'll be honest, don't be shocked if it doesn't make it due to not being able to throw it up.
Try doing doing water change with cold water and see if the aro will puke out the suction cup.
