My silver arow gets spooked when i wear red.

i have a 2yr old silver on my 300gal setup. he is about 26" . he is normally a little skittish but i forgot he freaks out if i try to feed him with a red shirt on. why i dont know.

last night i got home from golf, with a red shirt on, went to feed him and he totally went crazy. he jumped a few times and broke right threw a 3/8" piece of acrylic on the top rear of the tank. its kinda tight back there and i had to use a net to get him out. then picked him up by hand and put him back in the tank.. he is ok with a few scrapes.

if i wasnt home it wouldve been really bad. im going to have to add some weight on the acrylic section. i dont think he can break the 3/8 glass on the front.

not strange, but mostly common for aro's to be frighten from these bright colors that show up suddenly.

he is doing ok not eating yet. ill give him a few more days to settle down.
