My Silver Arowana

Hello, I have a 7 inch Silver Arowana and it would seem one of my fish bit a bit of his bottom fin off towards the tail and roughed the tail up alittle too. I am hoping it was an isolated incident but will watch closley.

What I am wanting to know is how long till it grows back?

Could take quite awhile if the other fish keep nipping at it. What are you keepinjg it with?

If you isolate the aro and keep the water in pristine shape you can see it heal within a few weeks. I can't say for sure without seeing the damage.

The damage is basically just a minor blemish of its perfection.
