My silver jumped...

Damn, my silver jumped today from his tank, through a small hole in the lid.
When I take a look, where is my fish ??????? looked all around to find him in the back of the tank.
Luckly he's fine, lost some scales but seems to be fine now.
Already eating pellets again, and calmed down too.
Damn, he scares me to hell when I didn't see it in the tank.
oh yeah, what should i do for the scales to grow out again ??? Thinking of use Tetra Aqua Safe.

I really got lucky.
HE's about 20 cm and jumped through a hole with no more than 4 cm diameter.
I don't know why he jumped there, since he never have jumped like this before. well, just once when transfering him to a bigger tank.
