My silver laid eggs!! LOL

So for the last 2-3 weeks my silver hasn't eaten...I thought it was just getting stubborn so I took no action and decided I would just wait it out until it gave in...

Then I come home from work this afternoon to find my silver on the ground all curled up...So I did a water change...nothing changed.


This is what I found...64 eggs in total.

Yes I should...it might be hard finding a fish that is a definite male though...but who knows this may be just a one off thing...

And to be honest...I have no idea what I did to bring this on...this is one of my...well....more neglected tanks as you can probably see from the pix...this tank is basically where the fish end up if they don't fit in with the others in the 600

20% water changes are done every week though.

All you need now is a male. How old is she btw?

I cant be 100% sure...over 18 months though.
