My sleepy cod has damaged fins Help!!!!

My sleepy cod has hurt one of its fins badly, the stems or stick like parts of the fin are broken, what can i do and will it grow back!???

dont worry bout it ive got 2 n my arowana tried to eat 1 but spat it back out after ten mins of torture n hes fine
