my sliver aro is not eating, i just got him

i just picked up a 6incher last sunday. i've got him/her eating pieces of fresh shrimp so far. maybe that will work for you too.

You could try floating food whether its pellets, sticks or freeze dried shouldnt matter if hes Hungry he'll eat.

It is not unusual for a new fish to go several days without eating as it settles in, it has eaten a couple crickets so tempt it with a few more, if you want it on floating pellets wait until it is eating the live crickets and float a few pellets with them.

give it some time to adjust, once it does, you will wish he didnt get so much cause it will cost you an arm and leg to feed those monsters.

you are one strong soul, the longest i wait is 4-5 days then i give in and throw in some live blood worms when i am still training it on dried shrimp pellets.
