My Snowball pleco

i have about 2-3 inch snowball pleco. and it doesnt glide around in the water, like the common pleco it runs around on its stomach like mudskippers. its funny to watch but is it natural? ill take a picture of it when it comes out. it hiding and i cant find it.

Plecos do tend to swim like that.
