We tried a beta in this tank, and had issues w/ the filter. Put the beta in a fish bowl, and is doing much better. The filter was tearing fins.
So what can you do w/ 3 gallons? Well 3 ghost shrimp and a zebra snail. The tank has had crazy hair algae growth. Also got an anubias plant, not sure what I want to do w/ it yet, but ghost shrimp do well w/ plants. Sorry for the crappy pics.

I’d do the cherry shrimp. If I get my current danios and lone neon out of my 10gl I want to breed some cherries. I have one ghost and they are awesome:)

Thanks guys, how many would you recommend?

The ghost shrimp are pretty cool. I’ve had them before. The ones we have adjusted really well. They are loving the algae. The zebra snail moved a few inches. Hope it’s ok.
