My son is entering his senior year in New Jersey. A typical kid and lacrosse player. He is an Eagle Scout, National Honor Student, Lacrosse varsity goalie, West Point Leadership seminar appointee, and American Legion Boys State Attendee. His goal is to achieve a Commission in the service and proudly serve his Country as an officer. I applaud this kid. I am so very proud of him! Even if he doesnt get accepted, I am so proud. He is also starting his US Coast Guard Academy app in September. Myself and his grandfather have all served our country in the Army and Navy. I ams till very involoved with the New Jersey VA and VFW. I want to give back. I am really psyched about watching his young career take off. He has made some very honorable decisions on his own.
