I was in the process of getting my 180 set-up when I ranout of substrate. While I was out getting some more, I came back to my son's attemt to help. Not sure if I like it or not.
On the humorous side: hey, he has his own decorative flare
On the serious side: The metals in those cars are NOT good for your fish. Unfortunately an unknowing friend thought it would be cool to make his 10 look like a junkyard and added hotwheels.......crash.
They were in long enough to take the picture, that's it. I have already rinsed out the tank prior to filling, but after adding the substrate and the driftwood I will probably do a 80% water change before I finally add fish to it.
See the little step stool in front of the tank. With that he's just tall enough to get his hands over the edge.
Stocking wise, I'm going to be moving my community CA/SA & African ciclids from my 30 gallon. They were originally in a 55 that blew a seal, which is now the wet/dry for the 180.
