This was the guy that was having issues awhile back where he'd be swimming erratically around the tank. Anyways, he's gotta much better and is a huge pig, eating anything that come close to him. :) I always knew he was different than my other WC ocells but couldn't put my finger on what it was. Aside from his amazing color development I just couldn't figure it out!:nilly:

Today I figured it out. Here are a few pix. See if you can spot it.

Dang....so quick :)

At first I thought he just had a dent in his side but today I saw it from above and he has a crooked back as you said! I'm pretty sure it wasn't a birth defect and am leaning more towards damage to him while I was trying to catch him out of another tank or from the beating he took from the other guys.

Here's a pic that really shows it. I still love the guy and he's easily one of my favorites.

I guess it's a possibility. Hard to notice when they're smaller and hiding everywhere.

I have a kelberi that is sorta like that and they are special indeed! I doesn't matter as long as he is swimming! Good luck bro.

Yeah, I remember yours! :) They're just unique! :headbang2 As long as they don't show any signs of suffering or discomfort I don't see why they can't hang with the "normal" guys. :)
