my "special" oscar.. have you ever seen anything like this?

this is my special little guy, raised him from a tiny baby I got from a local petsmart and are kind of surprised he is still alive today. He has poor depth perception and sub-par motor skills haha.

Has anyone seen any oscar quite like this oscar?

If you cant tell, he was born without any trace of a tail

thats awesome! i bought an oscar from a petsmart that's jaw on one side is not connected and the bottom jaw bone is above the upper jaw bone. i'll see if i can get a picture of it.
 
The lack of tail is probably why his motor functions look off, probably has a hell of a time swimming and stopping for that matter
 
Shame hes deformed bu obviously it has not effected him, weldone for taking him on, i think fish with deformaties are special,hehe
where in london did you get it? iam new to Euston
 
Sounds like my blood parrots. They have no cordination, depth perception, or concept of physical objects, as they frequently try to swim into them, fail, and try again. And I'm not talking about glass, I'm talking about tree's and rocks.

So are other cichlids do this.
