MY sr NEED HELP!!!!

friends,

i juz gt back frm singapore visiting family n i let my precious IMPY (my SR) on friends hands to tkcr of it! Cut it short...my IMPY is now sick!! very sick...both eyes abit bloated n also there's sum of blood inside e bloated area!

nw my IMPY undergoin treatment!! im treating the fish wif changing everyday 30% of water+MELAFIX+salt! I increases e water temp to 30.

is dere anything else 2 do?? owh ya, btw my fish wont eat almost a week plus n also the body colour went dull!

whts actually dis symtom...any additional advice?? PLEASE...

might want to change you water and pick up some yellow powder.

Sounds like a bact attack, maybe begining of dropsy if the eyes are popping out, but just a guess. Pics would help a lot. Sorry to hear the SR is sick but if you catch it early, it is treatable.

Look like dirty water did all that. A severe case of eye infection (cloudy eye) Your fish won't eat and get his color back until he's back healthy. He's just so stress up and in pain now.

If you can get your hand on some liquid Mardel Marcyn Plus, it will help your fish to recover in a week. If you can't find Maracyn Plus, 30% water change every 2-3 days, raise temperature to 82-86F (28-30C), and add salt (a handful for every 50 gal/190L) will help, too. I'm not sure on the Melafix. I used it in the past with Flowerhorn, and it only good smelling
