My st growing slowly

This fish is around 8 yrs old. In my aquarium I think it is about 3 yrs now. Thanks.

This guy have been trained to eat feeder fish from young....
so I got no choice but to feed feeder fish. I have try feeding pellets but he ignored all the time.
The feeder fish I feed is 4 inches koi fish but of cause I have put them in the space tank for
sometime before go to my ST.

22 inch iin 8 years is not exzctly what i would call slow growing for a tiger fish
