Get him into isolation away from the bass right away, if you haven’t done that.
make sure your water is very clean, aerated, and I would say roughly around 82 F. Add some salt, see if the ray eats.
do you have a pleco in with this ray, can you post a full tank shot? What are the current parameters of the tank? Ammonia, nitrite,nitrate?

That’s why I was asking for a fts so we can see the environment to access the situation. But op hasn’t replied so hopefully nothing too drastic has happened since op
I have kept peacock bass with all my rays never ever had a bass “attack” any of my rays. I would be shocked if the p bass is the culprit.
