tank size 240cm x 75cm x 60cm, 285 gal tank, with 15x turnover rate + 5gph ro water autodrip.

their size varies from 20cm - 35cm. they may not be the best looking rays around, but they are my favorites!!..

How does the RO drip work in terms of remineralisation? Surely you have neat water going in devoid of minerals?

the unit come with a mineral buffer tube. the tds come out from the unit is around 60ppm just like typical drinking water. i also add crushed corals to my filter for an additional buffer just incase

tap water quality:
4ppm ammonia
0ppm nitrite
40ppm nitrate
140ppm TDS

water out from the unit
1ppm ammonia
0ppm nitrite
5ppm nitrate
60ppm TDS

so my understanding the unit doesnt completely purify the water, and there are still some trace minerals reading from TDS

Thanks, I was worried it was totally pure water that would strip minerals from the fish and be very unstable.

yea i am planning to get a pair of albino. thats my next goal. .. i hope i can get it anytime soon. im saving money for it now hehehe
