My tank looks to barren.

What centerpice is best to use that won't take up to much room yet will be 24 inches by 12 inches. i was thinking a large piece of driftwood.

Would this be my best choice, what wood isn't safe for tanks, i was planing on just finding something locally that has been in water or a piece of wood at a lfs that catches my eye.

I like Malaysian driftwood . . . if you want to play it safe, there are all kinds of fake driftwoods made from resin, available at most big pet stores . . .

Get a plastic ornament shaped like driftwood?

i hate the look of plastic ornaments I was thinking that most wood is safe as long as it isn't hevey with sap.

Oddball has these really cool deer antlers that he's selling for pretty cheap. That would be cool. They supposedly raise the ph though.

I have now decided on some driftwoodgot a log looking piece and a piece that looks like a fish that is 8 inches across and 16 inches long , floating in my tank until they sink.
