Hello,

I’m sure my tank is overstocked, but want to get other peoples opinion. Going to get bigger tank soon hopefully in 2-3 month 360 or bigger.

Right now I have 170g glass tank filled about 85% to about 130g 60x24x30

Filters running are -

405 with 54 watt UV lights running 24/7 – all 4 cambers are filled with bio-media

305 – 2 cambers are filled with bio-media and 3rd camber will be filled with carbon (currently have PrizaPro in the tank)

Powerhead with 3 cambers - 2 with sponge and last camber with crushed coral - PH around 7.0

Picked up AC110 last week for more GPH because I just picked up 6 Dats last month and started to have traces of Ammonia. No2 is always zero and 3 is around 10-20, but the filter is too wide; I tried to move the support bar but the screws are worn out and don’t want to drill it out.

Current stock in bare bottom tank (all eyeballed) -

1 arowana about 17 inches long
7 Dats ranging from 5-8 inches long
1 flag tail about 5 inches
1 Sting Ray 8” disk
1 common Pleco 5”

i think personally it's quite crowded, but with good filtration, it should work until you upgade.

Why is your tank only 85% full? The extra volume from filling it up all the way would help with water quality.

....what I was thinking.

That's what I was thinking to myself for the longest... I just filled it up all the way last night. Need to get that AC110 going though.. The top of the tank is bad design.
