~~~My Tank So Far~~~

So, as you guys know, Im starting a 55 gallon cichlid tank. In the process of setting up my 55 gallon wide cichlid tank. Not one store or lumber yard in my whole county sells white sand, which is what I wanted to do, so, I just used 30 grit all purpose sand, until I can afford to buy some white sand later down the road from online. So, I got 70 lbs of all purpose sand. aqua-tech 30-60 HOB filter, (Until my penguin filter comes in), stealth 200 watt heater. fish so far consist of a parrot fish, and a black and yellow african cichlid. Only cause Ciclids cost almost 10$ a piece where I live. Here is what it looks like so far. Dont have a hod yet, hope they dont jump out, lol~

Yup, sometimes less is more. Sometimes things get too cluttered, but you won't have that problem.

Hey, you know, Im not all that quite sure which exacyt fish they are, my stores, and local pet shops dont knwo anything anbotu themn, other than there african cichlids, so here is some pics I took this morning of the 5 fish I do have already, maybe you can tell me exactly which ones they are, thanks.

This one was hard to take a picture of, he is very fast, but he is a peach color, with solid red eyes.

And of course the parrot cichlid, which I already knew about, but wanted to show you guys anyways. So, yeah, if you can help mer out, that would be great, thanks.

where did you get that sand! i want some!!

I got my sand from a local lumber yard, it was 30 grit all purpose sand, extremely dirty, took a lot to clean, but turned out pretty good.
