Hello, I was wondering if the stock I have will work as the fish mature. They are all about 1.5" to 2". I have a 60 gal tank.
Lithobates - yellow blaze
Chilotilapia Rhoadesii
Aulonocara - German Red
Taiwan Reef -x 2 sex unknown
Aulonocara Maulana - Bi-Color 500
Copadichromis - Ivory Head Mloto
Copadichromis Red Fin Borelyi
Aulonocara Jacobfreibergi - Otter Point
Aristochromis Christyi
Thank you in advanced.

a few of those will end up too big for your tank and would need something around 6'. both the Chilotilapia Rhoadesii and Aristochromis Christyi get over a foot and the Borelyi may also look crowd due to it adult size. the others should work fine as long as the tank is atleast 4' long.

Hey James, thanks for your input. How long do you think I have before Rhoadesii and Christyi will out grow the tank? How many more fish can I put in the tank? Also, are there any other peacocks/haps that you can recommend?

I wouldn't put too many more in that size tank, and ya you're going to want to upgrade eventually for sure. Your haps will probably be fine in your tank for maybe 8-12 months? Not sure though, hard to say. Depends on his dominance within your tank and how often you do w/c's

Some other cool cichlids you could check out are Scieanochromis Ahli, Aulonocara Stuartgranti "Usisya Flavescent", Aulonocara Stuartgranti "Ngara Flametail", Aulonocara Sp. "Lwanda", Protomelas Sp. "Spilonotus Tanzania", Placidochromis sp. "Phenochilus Tanzania".....................but an upgrade is a must :)

Thank you very much for the info!! those cichlids are very cool looking.
I'm hopefully going to update with in 6-8 months. I currently have about 40 lbs of lace rock because the LFS said it would be good for the fish to have a bunch of hiding places. But I found that the lace rock is very sharp and might hurt the fish. Do you think it's okay to have that... Well for now, because as they get big, the hole will be too small. I just don't want to have fish with 1 eye... i also currently do w/c every week. About 25 %.
