hi

my tank water in yellow, why is it yellow and is there any thing wrong with the water, anybody got any ideas. thanks

Do you have wood in the tank? Does the dog in your avi go by it??

i do have two Driftwood in the tank and i just put on in yesterday and i few fake plants , today i going to add some more fake and real plants today.

Yeah dude drift wood is well known for releasing tannins, you can soak it to speed up the process. Just google search for treating driftwood. I would not worry about the tannins they are harmless to your fish, some folk even like the discoloured water

Driftwood release tannins (tannic acid) which discolor the water and lower the pH. Completely harmless though.

dont worry about it buddy,it will not harm your fish.its good for some of the fish types too.if you just make a water change your water will be clear again
