I have had my tank running for almost 2 months now and the nitrite level will not drop. Ive been adding superbac aquarium live nitrifying bacteria and still havent seen any results. Please any of your info would be great. It stinks having a huge tank with only two blue channel catfish in it.

how much do you feed? (still doesnt belong in the marketplace though[move?])

we need more info, what size of tank and what is your setup like? What are your parameters, and what type of test kit are you using to test your waters with? and what are you doing exactly to cycle your tank? Have you done any water changes? That should be good for a start.

any foreign decorations or chemicals recently put in your tank?

Just have an aqua clear 120 with an air wand in the back, gravel with lace rock. I have been just adding the live bacteria and testing with an API test kit.
