Yah the red breast was the first in the tank, naturally pretty Argo, the other we're added today so sorting out pecking orders. There is two breeding pairs of the blue eyes, so hoping to get one pair.

Will keep updated n the pearsei, not sure of their growth rate, but I'm feeding some tetra colour granules at the moment.

None of my fish will even touch frozen beef heart which I would like to get them onto to BEEF them up so to speak ;)
So yeah an tips on how to get them eating is good

I do a 25% w/c every second day

Whoa. That would explain the haze in the water. That is a somewhat extreme regimen for a light stock list. Is this tank new? Are you waiting for it to cycle?
I don't want to assume anything but that seems like a lot of wc unless its a new tank.
Getting fish to feed depends a lot on the fish. Omnivores don't always prefer meat like a true carnivore. It is often easier to get a carnivorous fish to eat like an omnivore than the other way around. But that being said, if you are looking for beef heart to be the protein that rockets your fish into growth, it isn't always the best choice for fish requiring more from their diet. The same growth rates can be achieved through a quality prepared food that won't mess with your water quality, and the fish will receive a more balanced diet. If you really want to get that beef into them, try holding off on feeding them for 3-5 days...they will eat anything when hungry.
