Obviously I am the loser who hasn't done live planting in the tank, but I still love it. All fake stuff unfortunately. Tank stays crystal clear all of the time minus the algae on the glass that I have to go through and clean up when I do water changes. All of the fish get along other than the Parrot and the Texas. I had to get the Texas as a very young fish because they didn't have any others. But it has grown a lot since I got it a few months ago. The Texas and Parrot go at it quite a bit despite the massive size difference between the two. I can't really tell which appears to be the aggressor as they both do their share to make the other mad. Fish in the tank are as follows:

55G Tank

Featherfin catfish who is hiding inside of the log, if I can get a picture of him sometime I will. Has a huge fin on his back. About 3-4 inches long.

Blood Parrot, aka "Parrot" about a year old now, pretty good size and a big chunk. My baby of the tank.

Texas, aka "Oreo". Not exactly sure on the age, less than 5-6 months though for sure. Got the name Oreo because when I first got it it had a very distinctive dress of black and white. It was constantly trying to get attention from the Parrot, though now they just fight lol.

Geophagus Brasil, aka "Geo". I love and hate this fish all at the same time. It's a really fun fish to watch as it goes around the tank picking up multiple rocks, building mounds and so on. But it is definitely a drama master, darts away anytime someone approaches the tank. Somewhat of a bummer as there's never been any thumping on the tank or reason for it to be that way. Beautiful fish though, about a year old as well. 3-4 inches long.

4 Giant Danios, aka "Danios". lol.
