My terrarium

After the lost of my pet boa 3 years ago(she scaped and was killled by the neighboors) I was starting to lose interest about herps due to the lack of captive breed herps in my country, but the last week I found a common earth snake under a piece of driftwood, so I think about keeping it, here's some photos I want to share with you, I have change the terrarium a little since then, sorry for the scratched glass

But I'd be abit concerned on how wet that soil looks..it could lead to sores because of the excessive dampness.

Don't worry the soil has turn dryer since the photo was taken, I probably set the snake free and have a plant only terrarium

Well Jessica is really hard to maintain a bug eating snake here, I mean you can´t find feeders very often at stores, you have to chase them, currently I'm on vacations but when I get back to work I don't think I will have the time to search for food, so i think its better to set it free
