Well, a while ago I had velvet go through my display and wipe out every fish except some damselfish and my clownfish pair. Well, I removed the damselfish to their own tank, and after letting the tank sit fallow for 2 months I put my percula pair back in the tank. Yesterday night I added 3 more new fish after a methylene blue/freshwater dip. They are:
A 3 inch potter's angelfish (who really seems to like nori)
A 2 inch flame angelfish (who likes everything edible)
A 1 inch coral beauty angelfish (who likes nori as well)

So far, all three seem to get along well together, and even swim and graze together. Eventually I also plan to add a bicolor angel and a regal angel, as well. One other non-angel I plan on adding is a moorish idol (and yes, I know that regals and moorish idols are extremely difficult in captivity). The moorish idol and regal would be fed NLS pellets, and the regal would be a red sea specimen. I guess I am ready for the flaming now... :naughty:

Is this in the 180? Most likely you will end up with one, maybe two dwarf angels even in a 180. They are all centropyge and do not get along very well.

A bicolor added after this bunch will be murdered on site if all 3 of them are still alive when you do so.

The same most likely goes for the regal. The other problem as you know with the regal is that it is tough to keep and get eating. It will be impossible with aggression from other angels coming into play.

It is a good idea to feed them NLS, but they don't eat anything in captivity so they will definitely not eat pellets right away. If you are going to try this in any fashion you need to be quarantining both the moorish and the regal separately and get them eating NLS before even putting them into the display.

I would not attempt to but the combination together that you are attempting. It is a disaster waiting to happen if it is anything under 300 gallons or so.

This tank is a 187 gallon reef. So far they get along quite well together. I want everyone to know that if I do see fighting, I can separate them (I do have 16 tanks after all). I also would like to point out that many tanks have successfully held multiple dwarf angels at once, and many have not. It is a case by case scenario.
I would also like to point out that I have had multiple dwarf/large angels at the same time before and they did quite well together.

As far as the moorish goes...I will be eagerly waiting to see what happens.

Qting to get him feeding on the NLS I think might be the right course of action. Pablo Tepoot (sorry if I butchered that) kept moorish idols for long periods of time feeding only NLS.

The trick is to get them onto it first.

In a reef tank you might get lucky, and have the idol eat some of your coral polyps...that would keep him fat for at least a little while.

From my understanding (which is limited) angelfish become territorial in their environment and best suited to be added last. This meaning they adapt well to being put into new tanks with other fish but not having other fish put into "their" tank. So adding them simultaneously might be ok because not one angelfish has claim to the tank...

Whether or not they will fight for dominance I don't know. But that is my hypothesis...

I am glad you have a coarse of action for keeping them if problems arise.
