I've had this tig for about a year now and I have not really tried to get it eating other foods untill recently but it shows no interest.Looking forward to any advice offered.

+1 try starving for a few days then try giving it bloodworm, krill, pellets, etc.
Yeah,I figured that was probably the best way to go about it.It's amazing how the tig is not a greedy cat the way that so many others are.

If the fish is in good health, I don't shy away from fasting them for 1, 2, 3 weeks... as long as they refuse the new food. I've only met tough cases of over 2 weeks a few times. And a few times I caved. But I'd let it eat its fill again and try the fast again. Sometimes the type of the new, dead food matters too.
