My two sailfins

Hey MFK so I've added two sailfin plecs a about two weeks ago and have some questions.
First they are still alive lol but I never see them expect when I first get home or turn on the light. It wouldn't be a problem other than the fact I have no idea if they are eating. I put in algae wafers from hikari 1x a day every other day but this may b under feeding. Also bc I have 8 CL I'm not sure the algae wafers even reach the sailfins. Any advice on keeping plecos very welcome to a noob like me.

Tank is 150 gallons sailings are 6inches added a 4 inch gold nugget too

Most plecos are nocturnal so them not coming out when the light is on is normal try prices of zucchini IMO once they know it's food they can't not go for it in the morning take it out see if there are chunks out of it
