My ugly mutt snakes and my pet widow :)

Here are the mutts, Ponyo and Paco(named by my little cousin) They are the result of a male amelanistic corn snake to a female Sonoran Gopher Snake.

Thanks. I like them too, I am constantly told by 'purists' that it is ugly genetically and physically lol.
not the most beautiful of the colubrid hybrids but they are very interesting too me.

ill put chondro's on carpets so definitely not one to look down my nose at someone over hybrids... still very nice snakes and great pics!

Lovin the widow, shame our laws are tricky on venomous spiders...
 
Just out of curiosity, what made you want a black widow? Never been into anything but fish but I will say the black widow is a very sinister looking spider. If I were to keep a spider this would be it
 
Thanks! Carpondros are some awesome looking snakes. Are you trying to make some?

I just found the spider, thought it was cool looking and decided to keep it. It has shed once and it definitely grown since I caught it.

I think they're gorgeous! I know nothing about snakes, mind, but i like the colors and patterns!

And while I'm here, and can't resist the question.....A black widow as a pet?! Holy gutsy person, batman! Props to you but I'd be way too scared of it...

Im just not afraid of them. Im more afraid of our chihuahua lol. Just a neat thing to look at. Also it gives me something to do with the moths I find in the house lol.
Also whats crazier is that I don't have a lid...
