The middle two shots are from 1/6/2011 and the last shot is from 2/16/2011 and the top shot is from 4/11/2011. This fish was pure white now it is almost fully orange aside from a few white blotches. He has doubled in size though. Great fish with lots of personallity. I wish he could have stayed all white, but I knew that would never have happened.

Very cool. My Midas had black spots on his fins for about a week and then they disappeared! Now he's ALL orange.

Yea, I had a female about a year ago who did the same... only had the black for a really short time too. I like when they change patterns / colors, but I wished this one had stayed pure white. I got him in January from Rapps from his pure white pair, which he does not have anymore (male killed the female).
 
looking good! Would luv to have a RD in my collection!
 
I like the look of him now more so then white. Whenever I get room for a RD or Midas I hope mine peals to a solid orange. Great looking RD.
