nice! looks great! but I think the driftwood tannins in the water have some credit due haha

Yeah true lol. Btw does anyone have any idea what on earth those holes on my 6.5-incher's head are (check out the last few pics)? Sensory pores or something more sinister?
 
Yes they are sensory pores, and I was concerned that they are a little more visible than usual on your sen.

They can become infected by a bacterial disease, so keep the water clean.

Weekly 50% water change and you'll be fine :)

I just did a largish water change. She's eating like a pig as usual and isn't behaving strangely.
