My Vieja Cichlid & Flowerhorn Breeding **Crazy Match Up**

I caught my Vieja Cichlid & Flowerhorn Breeding last night... Thought this was a weird match up to say the least.. Anyway I took a short clip of the Vieja over her pile of eggs.. Their kind of hard to see in the clip because she had just finished laying them and the eggs are still clear.. But as I watched, the Flowerhorn would slowly pass over top of the eggs and stop appearing to be releasing his sperm.. Guess we'll have to see what happens if the eggs turn Yellow then, success, if they remain clear, then it's a no go... Either means he didn't fertilize them or he's staril...Hummmmm...Guess we'll see

lol, he was hitting on ur girl haha... does sound fit though rofl... that veija is gorgeous she obviously only with the flowerhorn cause of his big kok:ROFL:

oh ok make sense now , i always thought they were hybrids . its still pretty cool thou can us posted i want to see how they look when they grow out
 
Should be an interesting mix? Hopefully your FH fertilized the eggs so we can see what your future growouts will look like? GL

this is true. i have a male Red Devil spawning with a female Amarillo. this is rare on the net when i did a google search i only came across 1 or 2 stories.
