Yep and a year later he is still alive and thrivingI rescued the poor guy who had ich and in a tank full of sick and dead fish. Like many other Oscar owners I loved the way he followed me as i walked passed his tank and picked him up a few days later. I was so proud to get him healed up and live considering it's the first fish i have ever kept! He was only 2.5" when i got him and is now very close to 10" Let me know what you guys think!

I try to keep him on a good diet so he keeps his reds So far he gets a mixture of Hikari Cichlid Gold, Krill, and Blood Worms. I swear, i feed him better than i do myself

Great save I love his Oscar underbite, makes me laugh every time I see an Oscar face. I got 2 "Walmart Oscars" a year ago that are gorgeous now & full of personality. Good for you and even better for your Oscar.
