my wild GT pair!!!

hi, im from NJ but im living in Guayaquil Ecuador lol; well i caught a total of 4gts at the guayas river that is next to my backyard (well like 70gts but only stayed with 4) after one month i had a pair, and now they are breeding, well starting to, my male is like 5" and the female 4". i have studied this fish since 10years old!!! and now i can say im an expert about them. i have studied them in wild too!!!very cool experience lol.
dont worry about the africans, they are no longer in there.

Now those are some nice looking Green Terrors. The gold saums have nothing on these guys. I have heard that they are more aggresive then the other version also.

obviously yeah, is ECUADOR!! guayas river, guayaquil, this fish comes from all Ecuador's north to south and north Peru. there are also the true red terrors or guayas cichlid, it comes from guayas river.

I read somewhere that GTs are from Ecuador, those are really nice fishes. It's so nice to be able to scoop up GT fr the river in your backyard [sigh] Can you post a pic of the river? What does Ecuador countryside look like? All I know about Ecuador is they play pretty good soccer

Damn Nice Situation......Get Some of those RT's as well, (If you have the space) I don't see them often here (North of Chicago) and would really like to learn more. Esp from the Wild Perspective!
