my wolf fish

ive had this guy a few months and have not posted any pics.
i thought i would post a couple since he was out tonight ,like he usually is. hence his nickname the boogieman he come out at night eats and usually tears up fins on his big cichlid tankmates.

i believe he is hoplias malabaricus

he is close to 11" long

they are very mellow, active mostly at night,but very cool if you like that sort of thing. he is not very good with other fish i just removed his tankmate a 7-8" red texas that he would ocasionally terrorize (tear fins or leave marks on body) i never saw it happen but i would wake up and th rt would have new marks.

yea they are really cool fish but can be absolutely terrible to some of the most toughest fish. Very cool looking fish tho, just wished they swam around in the day
