Does anyone have an xbox maybe help me? Mine always comes up with stupid disk read erros of some sort it takes me 50 kabiliziliion trys to get it to finally work, how the heck do you fix it, would it be the xbox its self or I need a laser cleaner, the disks are fine and they are xbox disks (iam not that dumb) does anyone ever have this problem!

how long have you had it and do you play it often?
I have one thats over 1.5 years old and I have not played it in a good 6 months. I turned it on and I got some read errors. Cleaned the lense and it worked good. People have been telling me that if you dont play it often, it will collect dust and start messing up.

hmm I dunno I just got it recently my bf gave it to me for no reason he got it off some guy who needed cash. So I play it normally a few time a day or quite a few times everyother day. Guess I ll go try some lense cleaner. I only had it for like a month
Try a lens cleaner first ash if that doesnt work you can take it to any place that sells/repairs game consols (EBgames an such).
