My young rtm pair

I have these two rtm's hoping to pair them up and well they started doing their dance. Even though they're young it'll look like a good pair in the making. They'll be in they're own 75 soon (for the time being) until they get larger. They're both at 3.5"-4" ATM.

Have they been doing their dance? I wanna get them to 5"-6" before they get to spawn. Ima keep them solo (as a pair) in the 75 for the time being with a divider. They've lip locked a few times but I did notice the female was the aggressor. It'll all change, I think, once he hits his growth spurt

That sux, I know the feeling in that. Almost happened this morning with my trimac pair. The male went apesh*t and pinned her in the corner. Yet she's larger and the more aggressive of the 2. Frigging CA, lol.
