I personally think he's a nice one, but I'm curious what others may think. I know it's a male, the breeding tube has dropped a few times and it's thin compared to my female fish.

Its not a bad fish. I highly reccomend getting him in a tank by himself. He will bbe much nicer if you do. A valuable bit of advice given to me on this forum!

All FH varies from one of its own. If you want to know what is best for your FH then it's time to do a little testing. It wouldn't hurt a bit. So from what I can see, you have a few tank mates with it. Check on its process of how it's turning out. Then put it with a BP or KKP(yes it's still considered as tank mate but some of them react differently to it on both temperament and coloration with BP or KKP). Then put it by itself in a big home to itself. You should see some changes if you really put a lot of attention to it. :D

I just recently cleared it's tankmates out. So he's the lone wolf in the tank he's currently in. He killed a couple of the other fish, rather than see the rest get killed I emptied it and traded the others in. I don't think 1 tank mate would be a great idea, but I may try and get a BP or 2 for tank mates and see if they survive. Still not 100% sure I want to keep him, I've been debating lately of just dropping to 1-90 gallon tank and keeping my Jag only.

You dont have a heater in that tank right? Why are they all darkened.

No idea why they were all darkened. There was a lot of hate and anger in that tank when the other fish were in there. He hasn't been dark since I cleared the tank out.
