So one of my orinos has scoliosis and I am beginning to think it was caused by this bacteria. I noticed a red lesion on its head that has now healed before the onset of scoliosis. What can i dose my tank with to kill the bacteria?

If fish TB you can't dose it with anything that will kill it w/o killing all your fish in it. Just get that fish out of the tank ASAP, do lots of big water changes over the next few weeks, immediately remove any 'sick' fish, and add a quality UV sterilizer if you haven't one already.
