Hello all, as of yet I have not an id thread for iding various fish and stuff so I thought I would start one.

I managed to pick up 3 of these and they are the hardest thing to catch

Then when I was at the petland the other day they had a new display tank set up with an ex employee's complete stocking of fish. Since I can not get peacock bass up here and this fish looked kinda like one I scored it for $12 now I have no idea what it is, so I thought to post it here he is killer fast though

My last id thing is actually a tadpole that came in with some feeders I had ordered, it came in with their florida order and the fish dude said I could have it cause he figured it was a dud anyways. First shot is about 5 days after I had it and other shots were from yesterday. I have it in a 25g with lowered water level to prevent escape.

First one is Exodon paradoxus. Leaving the rest to others to ID as they're not my specialty.

#1 Exodon tetra-very cool, but nippy fish best suited to a species tank
#2 I believe is an Emperor cichlid if I'm not mistaken. They are BEASTS getting up to around 30" I believe
#3 Looks like some sort of leopard or pickerel frog

ohhhhhhh sweeeeet if that is an emp cichlid I scored big time I saw a vid on youtube about them, and have wanted some since then. I dropped in some feeders into the 140g where it is for my aro and this fish snapped 8 of them so fast it made my eyes blur

I just set up another 180g here, will be setting up a 6 ft 230g 1st week of august and then driving to pick up my 10ft 300g by mid august.

thanks for the help in iding them
