i couldn't tell you but i've never seen my red hooks nip fins.... but im guess it could happen

and i think more people would reply if this was put into the Other Characins section... mods?

You would get more helpful answers if this was in the Characins section, totally agreed.

But I wouldn't imagine so. It could happen though. I know large pacu can get a tad nippy, so it's not impossible.
