Mysteries of the Great Lakes

Went to see the movie at the OMNI theater at the science museum of MN. The movie details the plight of the Lake Sturgeon and efforts to save them and restore them to their native ranges, the massive pollution that occurred during the industrial era, the urgent need to protect our freshwater resources, and the problem of invasive species. If you have the oportunity to see this movie in your area, I highly suggest you do so.

sturgen of the great lakes hmm one thing to say to this when we fish the st. joe river in the winter/ spring here in MI we acciedetly snag a sturgen almost every trip out when driftfishing for steelhead weve only had one close to shore and it broke the line. we are using light line like 8-15 pound power pro so no ones landed one yet but they sure are there at first we thought we were snagging large flatheads but man when your light steelhead rod runs into one of these bruits you best just hold on till it comes of, no flathead fights like these

Ive been to the Greatlakes Science Center in Cleveland recently and they wernt playing this at the IMAX theater there..

Wish they would, It sounds great. Seems like something worth watching
