mystery BN

so a couple weeks ago i was at the fish store and in the tank of regular bristlenoses one was slightly different, clearly brown and black, has more of a marbled design rather than spotted, and slightly more slender and elongated, reminds me of a like a gecko or some thing haha. i bought it, when he's side by side with my reg bn def a different pleco ... but i did a little research but couldnt find anything. I have pics but unfortunately cant upload them for a few days. anyone have any ideas or maybe links to somewhere i could maybe find an answer? thanks

Mine has markings like that over it's back...but mine is also covered in bright yellow flecks lol so idk...
