I was browsing through some of my old fish pictures and saw a few pics of my dying fish (flowerhorn) right before it passed..
Its body was initially covered in a translucent film.. The reason it didn't show in the pics is because I removed most of it with my hand..
I can't really remember what I did before the fish was covered in the film but the whole process happened in just 1 to 2 hours time..
To this day, I'm still wondering what caused its death..
I hope somebody can shed some light on this.. Thanks.

Here are two more pics.. The spots on the fish's body were actually bubbles.. not sure why its body was full of bubbles...

Looks like some microbubbles were sticking to his slime coat (looks like a slime coat) for some reason it looks like he is shedding it.Probably wasn't a very good idea to remove it with your hand or touch a sick fish with your hand to begin with.

Now that you mentioned it, yeah it was indeed shedding slime coat.. Any ideas why it did that?
I was a newbie then and still learning to this day..
