I have atiger oscar (2 inches) and he's more than half covered in a milky grey/blue sheen that is not a part of his natural pattern, in fact most of his natural pattern is gone (including what isn't covered), and when he isn't swimming he's laying on the bottom(usually against something) he's in a 20g with a pair of JDs (1 and 1.5 inches roughly) and one pleco thats about 3 inches.

(I do regular partial water changes every 2-4 days)

I've treated him for just about everything under the sun (exageration) I administered antifungals, metronidazole (anti parasytic/protoazoan), and binox(nitrofurazone) at the advise of the pet store owner and my knowledgable g/f for the past 2-3weeks (not all at once) with no improvement infact he may have gotten worse.(temp stayed around 75 F)

(currently rose the temp to 84 F)

does anyone have an idea as to what this might be, and how to treat it?

Do you have pics of the milky gray/blue sheen? Is he eating well? Why did your temperature stay at 75 degrees Fahrenheit? That is very cold for the oscar. What are your water parameters? Are you sure the JDs are not bullying it? Your tank is overstocked even if the oscar is still small.
