Mystery geo. ID help please?

Found it real beat up at a LFS so brought it home and it's colored up nicely but quite aggressive. Unsure what it is I'm dealing with

Not a geo, Nicaraguan cichlid I think. Not 100% but I'm pretty sure it's a Nic

Hypsophrys nicaraguensis (a Central American cichlid). Yours is a male.

After looking it up definitely looks to be that! Was so beat up when I got it and showing no colors! Really is a beautiful fish
