My blood parrot has been healthy the whole time I've had him up until about two weeks ago. He floats face down with his tail out of the water only straightening out when I approach the tank. I've ruled out hiding because he is alone in the tank and has other strange symptoms. I have been feeding him shelled peas thinking it was his swim bladder and nothing has changed. He has a bulge on his right side and his left side is sunken in. I have done one round of tc tetracycline and nothing seems to have changed. Any thoughts would be much appreciated
