Mystery plant

Hey brief question. It is probably very common, but without knowing the name of it Im having trouble finding it online. Anyone know what plant this is?

Dang it I used to see these weeds around edges of lakes and ponds,never knew what they were tho

Weird. Looks kinda like a milk weed.

Not sure what it is but I have 5 or 6 stems in my tank. Found up around Palestine Tx. Just growing straight up at the moment.
