Would these fish get along and socialize in a 155g? I have 5 Mystus, and I would say they are pretty social though sometimes it seems pretty competitive. If I go a few (true - the smaller species) Pictus, would they interact with and school with the Bimacs? Or would I still need to get a school of 5-6+ for the Pictus?

They will not school. They may interact otherwise but in what ways would be unpredictable. As for the number of Pimelodus pictus, it is in general better for the fish and the keeper to have a good size school of them.
